The front desk staff was cheerful. They helped me check in quickly. The cleaning staff were wonderful. The location is very convenient for using bus route 14.
The hotel is close to the tenderloin area, which I found slightly concerning.

The room was cleaned daily. fresh towels were available every day. the bed was comfortable. I slept well. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room seemed dated. the hotel was noisy, especially near the elevators. there was a small mouse in my room upon arrival, but i was given a new room immediately

The location is unbeatable. It is just one block from the main station! This made getting around town easy. The cleaning lady on my floor was especially cute and kept everything super clean. Front desk staff were also super helpful. High-quality Wi-Fi allowed me to stay connected.

the beautiful king room was very spacious and clean. i appreciated the daily housekeeping service and fresh towels. the location offered easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. the friendly staff assisted with directions and provided helpful recommendations.

The location was central. i walked easily to public transit and attractions. food and drink choices were plentiful near the hotel. the area felt safe. This was important to me!
i was surprised by the deposit! it was not refunded immediately at checkout. the receptionist said it could take 3-30 days!

check-in was smooth. the room featured a comfortable bed. the bathroom was well kept and clean. the hotel provided on-site parking, very helpful (saved me some hassle).
the ice machine availability could be improved since there was only one for the entire hotel. it sometimes required a bit of a walk to get ice.
